I work in an automotive shop - lighting is not always perfect. These help define and clarify what I am looking at in low-light situations *and* I am not blinded by sunlight if I step outside the shop with them still on - I'm not claiming any sort of medical miracle eyewear here, just that I find the yellow to be extremely beneficial for my purposes. The oval lens offers great overall coverage of the eye socket area and the one-color construction extends to the earpeices, which are also wide enough on the side to help protect there as well - and the clear yellow is especially appreciated for peripheral vision. They don't scratch as easily as other lenses, I originally purchased this three pack 4 years ago and am now going to reorder more. I do keep them in the package when I'm not wearing them, so storing them in a somewhat protected manner helps with scratches. Never had a problem with fogging while wearing them - the shop is unairconditioned, and it's Phoenix soooo... yeah sweat-face happens. If I have them on top of my head instead of over my eyes while in the office, however they will steam up if I'm sweating. At the price, these break down to about $5 each (based on the current price as I review them) - you really can't beat that.I confess I purchased these more for riding my motorcycle as I had been through many pairs that were geared towards riding that just didn't keep the wind out. I have one pair of clear shooting glasses that work great so I thought I would try these.So far so good, they fit pretty well and keep the wind out. I can tell these will be great for shooting too and will be trying them at the range soon.They do feel cheaply made so I am concerned they might not last, but for the price you can't go wrong. If these break I'll order more.these glasses are really well made. the hinges are a little stiff at first, but that works out after a while. they're small and easy to store, but offer good eye coverage. the three color combo is nice too. i use the clears in the garage/shop, the smoke for outside, and the yellow for anything where i need to see movement or improve depth preception (that's what the yellow tint is for.) i haven't had any issues with lenses fogging either. for 8 bucks, you can't go wrong.There are nice to wear and cover the face but as soon as I put them on, they fog right up. very distracting while shooting. Im constantly moving them to get air flow. I would look for anti fog ones and pay a little more because it isnt worth saving a few dollars on these when they are constantly interfering with ones ability to see the target.Nice fit for Dads during safe BB shooting class at our Dad and Lad campout this summer.these are very cheap they will work for shooting but they seem pretty flimsy i would invest more on glasses next time.No issues except a little fogging up. great price
