well , I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS almost never i received my pair of Merys( Quickly shipped) and what i like is the y are light weight and they are not dark lenses!!.. Clear Clear view of everything! I have gone through several pairs of sunnies to get to these... Yea! Have found my faves!Such a great pair of glasses for a cheap price!Fantastic beater glasses. I have a wide face, so the arms that make use of a special mechanism to bend outwards past the lenses help A LOT. Feels like you are looking at the world through HD compared to my other beater sunglasses. And to top it off, they’re very stylish!Pros: cheap, work to protect your eyes from the sun and fashionableCons: plastic frame, hinges are very flexible(they make the glasses not feel secured and snug.) sitting on these would most likely break them. FYI (not sure but they feel like they would)Overall: good glasses for a vacation where you don't mind if you lose or break the sunglasses. i would consider these sunglasses disposable almost. they do feel like they will fall off your head since the hinges make the temples flex. simple solution would be to tie the glasses to shoe lace if you care about losing them while doing very activities.Great Sunglasses compared to the Maxx HD (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VAR1VIC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) ones that I purchased recently. These actually block the sunlight where it is possible to stare at the sun and keep your eyes open at least for me, the Maxx HD glasses did not do this. One of my co-workers thought I was wearing a pair of Ray-Bans until I told him what they really were, so much for trying to live the high-life. They look good on me and the lenses are dark enough where others cannot see your eyes until they are close enough to you. I wear contacts and have no trouble seeing through the glasses.I have a large head and these glasses fit me where the tempos run all the way back behind my ears. Other glasses I have tried on have been short in this area. The Maxx HD glasses were ones that were short in this area.Pros: Nice Feel and they fit my face. They also have some weight to them so you know your wearing glasses but not to the point where they are going to slip off your face.Cons: Has the "MERRY'S" logo over the left lens in the upper left quadrant. Not noticeable unless you look for it but in my opinion it should've been a sticker that you can peel over so you have a clear lens. I guess they are proud of there sunglasses enough to engrave a logo into the lens. If the logo comes off, please tell me how to remove itSunlight will creep in from the sides. This may not be a problem for all but I notice it with the "Fish-Eye" effect that I have on objects to either side of me.Over all I am happy with my purchase.I love these sunglasses! They fit well, look great and the polarized lenses are just what I needed as I work a lot outside near the water, where the polarized lenses help reduce surface glare. Quite frankly the only reason I bought these was because I had lost two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses in a year and couldn't see spending that much money again on a pair of sunglasses that I might eventually lose. At under $15 if I lose these sunglasses, it's no big deal. I liked these sunglasses so much, I asked family members to get me additional pairs for Christmas. So now I have three different pair and swap them out depending upon what I'm wearing. Sometimes I go for the blue lenses other times for simple black. These are lightweight and rest comfortably on my face. I think because they are so lightweight some people have given them low ratings or described them as low quality. I haven't found that to be true -- the frames didn't ship bent, they came in a nice box with a case and microfiber cloth. If I lose or break these sunglasses, I'll be buying them again!I actually ordered these to replace my old 1's that are a different brand but same exact build. After I buff out my old prescription lenses & slap them in these new frames. My last frames lasted me 4yrs so far & have see better days. Well instead of dishing out another 300 for tinting the lensesFantastic value. Truly.Perfection! The outside did not look red once worn like some others I’ve tried. Sturdy and the case it comes with is so good ! Has two different cases-soft and a material one. And something to clean with.
