Not too difficult.HOWEVER: this item did not fit our space available and we went to send back. A big WHOOPS. Was going to cost over $300 to ship back. Free shipping is NOT included.Decided instead to donate the seat to a local children's shelter.The most uncomfortable seat I have ever tried. I do not understand where these five-star reviews are coming from. As most online shoppers ask after receiving a high ticket item bought online - Would I have bought these if I saw them in the store and tried them out? Oh heck to the no not in 1 millllllion years. Oh and don’t forget to read the fine print before you pull the trigger on these if you’re still convinced those five star reviews are legit - you have to pay return shipping which pretty much wipes out any refund you hope to get from your $650 pair of rocks. Overpriced and rock hard spend your money elsewhere. Run don’t walk away from these.Bought two and was hoping they would be softer than they are. Whatever the fill is inside isn't comfortable and the small pillows are horrible and really not useable. These are cool looking but I probably wouldn't buy them again just based upon this. Hopefully the fabric will hold up. I bought the lighter green so if they fade in the AZ sun it wouldn't be that noticeable. I recommend you buy a cover for them. Would be nice if they sold one.Note I also put each one on top of a twin bed frame to keep them off the ground and make it easier to get on and off of them. I'm worried if they sit on the ground and make contact with any water they will start to mildew.That's my feedback. Hope it helps you. I wish I would have bought outdoor chaise loungers instead.UPDATE SINCE MY REVIEW: I returned them. Just couldn't deal with how uncomfortable they are.I really like the way it looks and feel. My favorite part is the washable cover. I think I will get another one to match this one. Very easy to put together. Very happy with this.This is soooo comfortable and fun to sit on. Since it is a bean bag, it is a bit adjustable--you can sit up a bit more or lay almost flat. The pillow also works to prop you up more, if you want. I'm 5'2", so I can really stretch out on this. If you're much taller, you will probably have to sit up a bit more or let you feet hang over. The fabric seems very durable and the green color is bright.We Received our 2 loungers and they are surprisingly comfortable. If this is sunbrella I think a good buy, there are no sunbrella logo labels. The fabric on the lounger seems very light for sunbrella fabric, so I question how long it will hold up. I think verifying both the Lounger and the headrest is sunbrella would be prudent so that is my question-is the lounger sunbrella and headrest sunbrella?I now have something to read on outdoors. It dries out quick with a quick wipe down.
