My daughter and son bought me Bormioli Rocco rocks glasses and cooler glasses for christmas last year 2017. They were Fushia in color. The colored film is now coming off them. I do not use these glasses everyday. Yesterday I took one out of the dishwasher and the Fushia colored film peeled off. Then today a small piece of film from a diffrent glass was on my lip. After inspecting all of the glasses 4 more were missing this film. I will have to throw these glasses out because I dont want to ingest any of the film. I thought the durability level would be higher because of the price that was paid.Good thick glass with a stable design. Makes getting a bit tipsy more fun.I have 16 of these glasses, in different colors. The color on the outside of the glass is painted on, not "baked" in the glass, and it began bubbling up and chipping off in less than a year. Perhaps they would have fared better if they'd been hand washed, but in the description, it says they are dishwasher safe.I mainly bought these because I wanted the décor of my kitchen to be red and black.They seem fairly sturdy and are a lovely accent color!Love the glasses. They bring a great touch of colors to my table and they are durable! My son dropped one the other day on the floor and I was amazed to see it did not break. Not sure if will survive many falls but I was glad to know if won't break on the first one either.The glasses did not hold up well, 9 months later the pink started to peel off and it hasn't stopped.The green stuff came off aftet a month of useAfter 10 months of owning teal, purple, and pink the color has started peeling off. They were pretty while they lasted.These glasses arrived on time and are of a high quality. Just what I needed.
